Lever supports both Assess loops: native (Growth+) creates an AI interview room and writes a note on the opportunity; automations send assessment invites when a candidate hits your assessment stage.

Open Integrations

In the Assess dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.

Connect Lever

Use an API key or OAuth. Follow the on-screen flow.

Confirm

Matching events can create an interview room; score-back is an unstructured note. Stage filters are not applied.

Use Zapier, n8n, or Make. Golden recipe: Lever stage Assessment → invite → note on the opportunity.

Invite

  1. Trigger: Lever Candidate Stage Changed (or opportunity webhook).
  2. Filter: Stage equals Assessment (or your stage name).
  3. Action: Praxicraft Assess Invite Candidate.

Score back

  1. Trigger: candidate.passed / candidate.failed.
  2. Action: Lever Add Note on opportunity data.external_id (POST /opportunities/{id}/notes).
  3. Optional: move the opportunity to On-site or Rejected.
